IQRA Academy runs a Breakfast Club during term time from 7.45am to 8.45am in the dining hall.
We are pleased to let you know that we are revamping our Breakfast Club and, as part of these improvements, Breakfast Club will now be completely free of charge, including a free breakfast for all children who attend.
To help us manage places and ensure appropriate staffing and supervision, we have introduced a new booking system. All Breakfast Club sessions must be booked through the MCAS app under the Clubs tab. Parents can choose to book:
· Individual weeks, or
· The full half-term in advance.
Places must be booked at least one week in advance.
Please note that we are also changing the arrival arrangements for Breakfast Club, all children must arrive before 8:00am. The gates will continue to open at 7:45am:
· Breakfast Club will be accessed via the school entrance gates at the back of school at Century Place, off Carlisle Road.
· All children must be accompanied by an adult until they have been handed over to a Breakfast Club staff member. No children should arrive unaccompanied or allowed to go through school grounds without an adult.
· All children must arrive and be signed into Breakfast Club before 8:00am.
· There will be no access to Breakfast Club after 8:00am.
Breakfast Club will also now be available for Reception pupils from week commencing 7th September.
The booking system will be available to Reception pupils from Thursday 3rd September.
